If you are within the UK and have asked us to send a returns label, you will receive an email from us with your returns label and information on how to send your parcel back to us.
If you are sending your parcel back using your own shipping method, please share the tracking number with us at customercare@harmur.com along with your order number.

Once we receive your items, they will go through a quality check before we issue your refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 days to show in your account.
