Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
For UK-based deliveries, we offer free delivery. Your HARMUR order will arrive with you within 3-5 working days.
For locations outside the UK, please allow up to ten working days to receive your delivery.
We will always try to make sure your HARMUR order is delivered within this timescale, however, occasionally due to issues out of our control, minor delays may be caused.
In the unlikely event of a delay, we will let you know the reason and when you can expect your order to arrive.
RETURNS
Hopefully you will love your HARMUR forever, but if for some reason you wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to do so.
HARMUR does not offer free returns from any location. Customers are responsible for the shipping and payment of returns to us. We advise using a tracked shipping service when sending your return and sharing the tracking number with us. To do so, please email: customercare@harmur.com. We cannot issue refunds until we have received your item(s).
Alternatively, if you are based in the UK, we can provide you with a returns label, the cost of which (£8.50) will then be deducted from your refund. Please fill out this form for requesting a returns label.
Returns are accepted only if the swing tag that is attached to your HARMUR item remains untampered with and if the garment is returned in the same condition that it was in when it was sent to you.
If the item has been worn or damaged, has make-up or deodorant marks, or the tag is not attached when we receive your return, or the 14-day returns period has elapsed, we will not be able to accept your item and will return it to you. The tag is a security swing tag that can only be removed if cut off.
Nipple petals, bespoke orders, Bridal party, Bridal main collection & adhesive bras cannot be returned.

Items purchased in any sample sales are non-refundable. Please make sure you read the notes above to understand why the item is in the sale. All sample sale items are in the sale due to reasons such as small defects, old season stock, press samples or dead stock items. There may be additional small defects on the item that have not been noticed due to them being minor and therefore may not be listed in the product’s description.
